we are looking for athletes ages 5 to 13 who are energetic positive committed and also have good sportsmanship and are willing to learn yes we'll take athletes with no experience all the way up through athletes that have multiple years of experience or patient and willing to work with anyone and through sound progressions we'll give your child it's solid cheerleading foundation to build off through a base year program you can expect your child to make new friends new positive role models get stronger more flexible and getting experience with line basing and tumbling as coaches we are hoping to produce healthy well-rounded athletes who love cheer and have fun level one is our introductory level in which will work on tumbling skills such as front walkovers and back wall covers and stenting we work on introductory stunts such as preps squash level and die little stunts level two we start working on tumbling skills such as back handsprings and front handsprings and stunting we do things such as prep level one leg skills and extensions for a level one prep team you can expect them to practice four hours a week with two to three competitions during the season and for a level two prep team they would practice six hours a week and have three to four competitions the prep division is less of a financial and time commitment it allows the athletes to compete one day rather than two and it allows your athletes to be introduced into that new level that they're competing in hi I'm in reap em stir and I'm the flighted leg Academy head cheerleading coach I'm 20 years old and I've been cheering for 14 years I've competed at major competitions such as cheer sport majors NCAA the summit and the cheerleading world I'm currently a senior at Clemson University studying microbiology biomed and I'm a part of the Clemson co-ed charity hi I'm Lauren fensterer I'm 18 years old and I've been cheering for nine years I have won competitions such as cheers for national NCAA UCA and had competed at Summit multiple times and I'm a bronze medalist at the chillingworths I'm currently a freshman at Clemson University and I'm studying biological sciences hi I'm Meredith thermistor I'm 16 years old and I'm currently a junior in high school I have cheered for nine years with both experienced basing and flying I have one major competitions such as NCAA UCA worlds and summit
