10 MINUTE ABS AND SHOULDERS WORKOUT – Gymnastics and Fitness Workouts


Hey guys, today we’re going to do a stomach and shoulders workout We are going to start off against the wall doing a set of handstand push ups followed by a set of leg lifts. Followed by a set of quicker smaller handstand push ups followed by a set of littler leg lifts Followed by a handstand hold and then a hollow hold. And then we are going to come over to the Total Gym and do a few sets on there. We are going to start off with a straight arm giant type movement followed by a thing called penguins working your serratus and obliques. Followed by an inverted cross movement on the Total Gym followed by cherry pickers which is another side to side movement Followed by a set of handstand push ups on the Total Gym followed by a set of windshield wipers on the floor. HANDSTAND PUSH UPS (10 reps) LEG LIFTS (25 reps) HANDSTAND PUSH UPS (PULSES/SMALLER RANGE OF MOTION) (35 reps) SMALLER LEG LIFTS (100 reps) HANDSTAND HOLD (1 minute) HOLLOW HOLD (1 minute) GIANT MOVEMENT (10 reps) PENGUINS (25 on each side) INVERTED CROSS PULL OUTS (10 reps) CHERRY PICKERS (25 on each side) HANDSTAND PUSH UPS (20 reps) WINDSHIELD WIPERS (25 on each side)
